AIA Campus is an internal app for AIA Group that provides access to various services within the headquarters building, including reservations, room bookings, facility management, and transportation schedule.
Objective
Implement and enhance app features to improve functionality and staff engagement, ensuring a more intuitive and satisfying experience for all staff, create a joyful working environment.
Align the app experience with existing user journeys, creating seamless transitions and maintaining consistency across all interactions to enhance overall usability and satisfaction
Challenge
The main challenge involved managing communication from various stakeholders. It was essential to combine their diverse ideas and needs while keeping up with the project roadmap. This approach ensured that clear instructions could be delivered to developers, facilitating a smoother design and development process.
Approach
Manage membership purchase, track membership types, and handle renewals. Simplify the workflow and providing access to facilities and services based on their membership level
Allow users to view class schedules and reserve spots in desired sessions. The workflow involves checking availability, confirming bookings, and sending reminders to participants ahead of classes
Enable staff to book tables at the restaurant, includes selecting date and time, confirming reservations, and managing any changes or cancellations to ensure smooth dining experiences
