AAX is a digital asset exchange offering savings, spot and futures trading across a wide range of digital assets. AAX lite is a simplified version of the pro app which is designed for novice users who are new to crypto trading
Objective
Alongside the Pro version, which supports spot and futures trading, airdrops, launch pads, and various events, the Lite version targets new investors or those seeking lower-risk options. It offers a monthly subscription model designed to save money and earn interest. This version focuses on providing flexible savings choices while familiarizing users with additional features to encourage greater participation.
We aim to build user trust in our platform by encouraging participation in high APY return subscriptions. Users can trade or switch back to the Pro version anytime, but we provide a convenient pathway for early savings. Our goal is to make the process simple and easy.
Challenge
I conducted internal research, interviewing individuals from diverse financial backgrounds inside the company. We discovered that many users prefer traditional saving methods as their first step. Despite facing negative perceptions and bear market conditions, we are exploring ways to communicate positively to engage their interest and manage their expectations.
The saving builder
For users who are seeking stability, we offer our highly acclaimed stablecoin, which provides competitive interest returns. Users can select their preferred coins, specify the investment amount, and determine the investment duration, with longer terms yielding better returns. Our platform will perform all necessary calculations to ensure users can effectively manage their expectations and maximize their investment potential.
Supporting feature
By maintaining consistency, the focus is on using the same design elements and simplifying navigation flows. This approach makes it easier for users to transition between the web and app environments without confusion.
